Finance

The Finance Department under the direction of the County Administrator is responsible for maintaining the integrity and accuracy of the financial accounting system used by the County in a manner consistent with established and accepted government principles and practices, by working in close collaboration with the County Administrator, the County Clerk, and the County Treasurer, as well as in support of other County departments.

The department is also responsible for budgeting, accounting, monitoring expenditures and revenues, grant accounting, payroll reports, financial reports, purchasing and fixed asset inventory, and any other accounting and support functions.
