To apply for a land use permit download the Land Use Permit Application by clicking on the link below titled: "Cleveland Township Land Use Permit"

Please complete your Land Use Permit Form online, complete with digital signature. Download and save your completed application and then email it to zoningct@gmail.com. Forms can be completed using Adobe or any compatible reader. If payment is required please mail payment in the form of a check to Cleveland Township at PO Box 150, Cedar, MI 49621.

The township hall can be rented for events or meetings.  The rates for daily rental:

$150 township residents,
$200 non-township residents, and 
$50 for meetings.

There is a security deposit of $100 that is returned if deemed no damages or left unclean.
