Leland Dam Authority
The Leland Dam Authority was initially established by the Leelanau County Board of Commissioners, who approved the following resolutions:
April 20, 2004, Regular Session:
Resolution #2004-007, "A Resolution Establishing the Leland Dam Authority, and Delegating the Powers and Duties for the Maintenance of the Normal Lake Level of Lake Leelanau and of the Leland Dam to the Leland Dam Authority."
February 21, 2023, Regular Session:
Resolution #2023-001, Resolution to Restructure the Composition of the Leland Dam Authority, and to Delegate the Powers and Duties for the Maintenance of the Normal Lake Level of Lake Leelanau and of the Leland Dam to the Leland Dam Authority as Restructured.
