Obtain A... Ride to a Medical Appointment

Volunteers provide transportation to non-emergency medical appointments.  Rides are limited to one per week.  Transportation requests must be received one week prior to your scheduled appointment.  Please note that requests are subject to volunteer availability.  Volunteer drivers are unable to accommodate seniors in wheelchairs at this time.  Call LCSS to schedule (231) 256-8121.
