Apply For... an address

There are several ways for you to apply for a new address:

• Stop by the Planning Department, Suite 108 in the Leelanau County Government Center to submit your address application.
• Call 256-9812 or email:  planning@leelanau.gov for an application, or visit the below link. 
• Mail in your completed application.
• Email your application.

The fee for an address is $25 (cash or check).  There is an additional charge if paying with a credit card.
