Copies are available at $1.00 per page in the office and through this website.  MCL 600.2567(1)(b)

Please note:  State law requires us to turn your account over to the State of Michigan Unclaimed Property Division (balances of $25.00 or more), or to transfer the balance to the Leelanau County General Fund (balances of $24.99 or less) if the account is abandoned.  Accounts are considered abandoned after 1 complete year of no printing activity.  Accounts will be reviewed between April 1 and April 30 of each year. If you wish to receive a refund at any point, please call the Register of Deeds office at 231-256-9682.
