NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING UPDATED COST INFORMATION

SUNSET SHORES SPECIAL ASSESSMENT DISTRICT

The Leland Township board will conduct a public hearing for the purpose of updating the estimated costs for the Special Assessment Community Sewer at Sunset Shores. The hearing will be held on Monday, November 11, 2024, 6:30 pm in the Leland Township Library - Munnecke Room, 203 E Cedar Street, Leland, MI 49654. All interested citizens will have an opportunity to give oral or written comments.

This hearing will be held in conjunction with the Board’s regular monthly meeting which will begin after the public hearing.

Further notice is hereby given that a copy of the proposed special assessment district is available at the Leland Township office.
