Versiti Blood Center and the League of Women Voters of Leelanau County are co-hosting this event. Due to the ongoing impacts of Covid within our community, we are facing an immediate need for donations of ALL blood types.

Type O blood can be used in transfusions for any blood type, as it is the universal blood type needed for emergency transfusions and for immune deficient infants.

Walk-ins are also encouraged.
