The Leelanau County Planning Commission and Leelanau County Planning & Community Development Department have updated the Capital Improvement Program (CIP) for 2023-2028.
At the Executive Committee meeting of the Leelanau County Board of Commissioners held August 9, the Board recommended accepting the document. Final action on the CIP will be taken at the Board meeting on Tuesday, August 16. Meeting starts at 7:00 pm.

The Leelanau County Sheriff's Office is conducting an auction for retired Marine Patrol equipment, which includes a 2011, 15-ft. Boston Whaler Montauk, a 2011 Boston Whaler Karavan trailer, and a 2011 Mercury 600 outboard.
