The link contains a revised tax roll and Resolution 2022-3, which set the date for a public hearing on the SAD for April 20 at 6:30 in the Township Hall.
Letters have been sent to property owners and notices scheduled for publication in the Leelanau Enterprise on March 31 and April 7.

If you are planning to sell or transfer ownership of your Centerville property, you need to contact the Benzie-Leelanau District Health Department, Office of Environmental Health at 231-882-2103. The ordinance adopted regarding septics and wells in 2020 for Centerville Township is superseded by the one passed by the Leelanau County Board of Commissioners. Residents are now required to go through the health department for the forms and processes required in order for a property to change hands.
