13th Circuit Court
The 13th Judicial Circuit Court of the State of Michigan consists of Antrim, Grand Traverse and Leelanau counties. There are two elected Circuit Court Judges--Honorable Charles M. Hamlyn and the Honorable Kevin A. Elsenheimer.

Civil Actions, Including Family Court
