Please note that Elmwood Township updated their fee schedule by resolution, which went into effect on April 22, 2022. We are in the process of updating our forms to include the updated fees. We ask that you be patient as we update these forms. If you have questions regarding fees, please contact the Township at 231-946-0921.

As forms are being updated, they are being converted into fillable PDF forms. You will still need to print the form once completed. If you prefer, you may also print the form and write answers in. Copies of all forms are available at Township Hall.
