The Michigan Criminal History Record Database is updated daily with felony and misdemeanor conviction information provided by law enforcement, Prosecuting Attorneys and Courts throughout the State of Michigan.
This search includes only Michigan conviction information, not arrest records that do not have a conviction attached, not federal arrests, and not criminal records from other states.

OTIS provides information about more than 250,000 past or current prisoners, parolees and probationers under the supervision of the Michigan Department of Corrections.
OTIS does NOT contain (I) information exempt under FOIA; (ii) information on people not yet sentenced to the MDOC; (iii) information on people sentenced to county jail terms; (iv) photos on people who left the system before digital photos were taken; (v) photos of probationers. Federal Victim Notification System (VNS)

Traverse Bay Children’s Advocacy Center
It provides a safe, child-friendly environment for children to be interviewed and assessed to determine whether they have been abused. Other services include ongoing advocacy and support for child victims and non-offending family members; and community education, prevention and outreach.
Provide mental health, substance abuse, prevention, pregnancy counseling, open adoption, social services and senior services. They work in partnership with local, county, and state agencies to offer a wide range of services.

Pete’s Place will be operated by Third Level Crisis Center. The length of stay for youth is limited by the State to two weeks, so the youth will participate in intensive programs, within a safe, positive home environment focused on reintegrating with their families if this is safe and feasible, into the Foster Care system or into a Host home.
